This is a comprehensive two day designed for doctors and medical professional across all specialities and levels. This course as you can see in the outline is designed to give you an in-depth understanding of team dynamics and how to bring out the best in the team you are in. There is no need to do additional short courses in conflict management and giving feedback as this in written into our course!
